Shipping Options
We offer shipping at a flat rate of $15. Express post is available for $25. (within Australia). Wholesale orders will be charged accordingly subject to amount purchased and delivery location.
Once payment has been received orders will be posted within 5 business days. Most orders can be posted within 1-2 business days but is dependent upon stock availability so if you are in a hurry, please email us to let us know.
All parcels are shipped through via Australia Post. Delivery within Australia can be up to 3 – 7 working days. Orders going to Western Australia, the Northern Territory and rural areas may take longer. Express post deliveries should arrive within 1-2 working days from the time of shipping depending upon your location.

Our Guarantee
We want you to burn your candles and keep coming back for more. So, if for any reason your product is not what you thought it would be, we will offer you an exchange as long as you let us know within 10 days of receiving your product. If your item is damaged or faulty, then we will offer you a choice of refund or exchange upon receipt of the faulty item.
